Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
How much is shipping?
- U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are
calculated at checkout.
- Canada Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please note: Customers are fully responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by
Canadian authorities. GettCozy does not cover these fees.
How long does shipping take?
- U.S.: Orders ship from our Pennsylvania HQ within 1-3 business days. Transit times are typically 2-5
business days.
- Canada: Orders ship from our Pennsylvania HQ within 1-3 business days. Delivery to Canada may take
5-10 business days, depending on your location and Canadian customs processing times.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at info@gettcozy.com with your order number and new address
ASAP.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue
How do I start a return or exchange?

instructions within 1 business day
What's your return/exchange window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us right away if you need to

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship the correct item at no cost.
Can sale items be returned?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
Are returns allowed for gifts?
Gift recipients can exchange for store credit. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
What if my item is defective?
We stand by our products 100%. If you receive a defective item, email us within 7 days of delivery (include a
photo). We'll get you a replacement or refund-no hassle
The item I want is out of stock. Will it return?
No-our prints are truly limited-edition and never restocked. Once they're gone, they're gone for good.
Can I reserve an item?
We do not offer item reservations. If you see something you love, grab it while it lasts!
Do you have a subscription or membership program?
Not yet, but sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about new programs or exclusive offers.

What's special about CloudBlend TM bamboo?
CloudBlend TM is our signature bamboo fabric-soft as a cloud, breathable, hypoallergenic, and perfect for
sensitive skin. It's the closest thing to wrapping yourself (or your little one) in a hug.
Are your fabrics organic, eco-friendly, or certified?
Our CloudBlend TM bamboo is sustainably sourced, and all our fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified for safety
Are your dyes safe for babies and kids?
Yes-all dyes are baby-safe, free from harsh chemicals, and suitable for sensitive skin. Our products undergo
thorough third-party CPC (Children's Product Certificate) testing for safety and compliance.
How do I care for my bamboo clothing?
- Wash cold, gentle cycle
- Hang or lay flat to dry (air drying = longest-lasting softness)
- No bleach, no fabric softener
- Wash with like colors
Will bamboo pill or fade over time?
With proper care, bamboo is naturally durable and resists pilling and fading. Avoid harsh detergents and high
heat for best results
Are your clothes preshrunk?
Our fabric is pre-washed to reduce shrinkage, but a small amount of shrinkage may occur if exposed to high
heat
Where are your products made?
All GettCozy designs are created right here in Pennsylvania, USA. Our products are ethically made in
carefully selected factories.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We partner only with suppliers who follow fair labor and environmental standards.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We use minimal, recyclable packaging whenever possible.
Do you offer a donation or give-back program?
Yes! We have a program for donating pre-loved GettCozy items to children in need. Contact us for more
